We're a small food cart on High Street in Salem, and we keep things simple. No complicated menus, no shortcuts. Just good food made the way it should be, served fresh to whoever walks up.
We cook everything to order because that's the only way it makes sense. You get what's ready now, not what's been sitting around. The regulars know the rhythm, and newcomers figure it out quick. That 4.8 rating isn't luck, it's just showing up and doing the work.
Somos un carrito pequeño en High Street en Salem, y las cosas las hacemos sin complicaciones. Sin menús enormes, sin atajos. Solo comida buena hecha como tiene que ser, fresca para quien llega.
Cocinamos todo al momento porque es la única forma que tiene sentido. Recibís lo que está listo ahora, no lo que lleva tiempo sentado. Los clientes de siempre conocen el ritmo, y los nuevos lo aprenden rápido. Esa calificación de 4.8 no es suerte, es llegar y hacer el trabajo.
